晚秋粮是完成年度粮食扩种和生产任务最后的机会。今年四川省将力争实现晚秋粮种植1400万亩，在面积保持增长的基础上实现农民人均增收10元。这是7月16日，记者从在富顺举行的全省酿酒专用粮基地建设暨晚秋生产现场观摩培训会上获悉的。

今年四川省将把晚秋生产纳入政府目标考核的重要内容，督促各地将面积任务分解到乡（镇）、村组、农户和具体地块。

种植结构方面，四川省晚秋粮将确保蓄留面积达到450万亩，力争秋洋芋种植面积超过200万亩。引导农户扩种秋大豆30万亩以上，结合区域特点种植秋菜700万亩。

保障措施方面，四川省将以农业防灾减灾和病虫害防治为重点，强化对苗情、墒情的监测评估和病虫害监测预警与联防联控，以夺取粮食和农业丰收。

酿酒专用粮基地建设层面，统计显示，目前全省已落实123.4万亩酿酒专用粮生产基地，以高粱种植为主。
